The Ultimate 2021 Holiday Gift Guide

It’s gift guide season! While the holidays are such a fun time of year, they can also be stressful if you’re shopping and unsure of what to get your loved ones.

I made this gift guide last year, so I’m back this year with an updated 2021 version!

NOTE: I kept most items pretty inexpensive, since we’re mostly college students on a budget. These would be great gifts for friends, family members, or a young adult in your life!

Beauty

1. Ice roller

Nothing beats rolling your face in the morning with a cool ice roller. I have cheaper ones from TJ Maxx, but I’m personally hoping for The Skinny Confidential Hot Mess Ice Roller, as I’ve heard it stays cold the longest.

2. Cerave Healing Ointment

I’ve found that this cream from Cerave is a saving grace for dry hands and a dry face. It’s similar to Vaseline, so a little goes a long way!

3. Claw clips

I don’t think that any female with hair would be sad to receive this as a gift. I have some pretty thick hair, so these are the ones I use from Amazon that I’m obsessed with!

4. The Ordinary products

Most young adults are into skincare, so you can’t go wrong with this. All of The Ordinary products are SUPER cheap and last forever. I personally love the Niacinamide 10% serum, but another product I want to get for myself is the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution.

Fitness

5. North Face Borealis backpack

This one is on the more expensive side, but it’s something that will last a long time. You can’t go wrong with getting someone a new backpack, especially if they’re in college or traveling a lot. This one is large enough to carry around your computer and everything else you need, but doesn’t look bulky.

6. Old Navy Leggings

Leggings are an essential in anyones closet who enjoys moving their body, but they can get pretty expensive. I’ve found that the Old Navy High-Waisting PowerSoft 7/8-Length Side Pocket Leggings for women are similar to Lulu Lemon quality, for about half the price.

7. Amazon athletic wear

The amount of sports bras and biker shorts that I’ve gotten from Amazon is pretty insane for the price. I actually prefer these to more expensive brands! I’ll link the sports bras and biker shorts that I get from Amazon here.

Food

8. Urban Outfitters Daisy Cheese Board

This Daisy Cheese Board was the cutest gift that I received from my sister, and I think that it would make the perfect gift for the foodie in your life! Most young adults are obsessed with charcuterie boards (myself included), so you can’t go wrong with this.

9. Coffee

Personally, I’m not a coffee drinker, but most people would be thrilled to receive this as a gift. I don’t have much input for this one, but whatever specialty coffee you think someone would like would make such a nice gift!

10. Mini waffle iron

Waffles in mini form are just better than regular ones, right!? This Dash Mini Waffle Maker is inexpensive and works really well.

11. Tea kettle

Again, with the colder months among us, nothing beats unwinding at night with a hot cup of tea (am I a grandma yet??). Instead of boiling water or using the microwave, a tea kettle is super easy to just plug in and store away when you’re not using it. Here is one from Amazon that I really like!

12. Apple watch bands

If your friend or family member has an Apple Watch, you can’t go wrong with getting them a new watch band! Here’s one from Amazon that I got my sister who LOVED it.

13. Airpod case

This is an essential for me that I keep on my keychain. Having a case for your Airpods makes it easy to have them handy at all times, and also prevents you from losing them!

14. Fire TV Stick

I am OBSESSED with my Fire TV Stick. Being able to watch Youtube or Netflix on a TV instead of a computer is a game changer. Such a great gift!

15. Speaker

This is actually on my wish list, too! A speaker is a great gift for college students or young adults looking to host. I’m asking for the Soundcore 3 by Anker.

16. Apple Charging Station

After getting an Apple Watch, I’ve learned that it can be hard to use one charger for both. This 3 in 1 Charger for your iPhone, watch, and Airpods would make such a great gift that is so handy.

17. Disposable camera

I think that this would make such a fun gift to give someone! Disposable cameras are back in, and are a fun way to document a night that you can cherish forever.

Random

18. Books

Can’t go wrong with books for someone who loves to read! Some of my favorites are Health at Every Size, The Friend Zone (anything by Abby Jimenez), Eight Hundred Grapes, and Becoming the Talbot Sisters.

19. Throw blanket

Last, but certainly not least, you CANNOT go wrong with giving someone a fluffy throw blanket. I have this throw from Amazon that is perfect for dorm rooms.

I hope that this gift guide is helpful and makes you excited for the holidays coming up! Happy shopping 🙂

xoxo
