Making the Overnight Oats

You’re going to want to prepare this recipe the night before you plan to eat them. Grab the ingredients listed above and a container with a lid. My favorite container to use for overnight oats is an empty peanut butter jar…so good!

Combine the rolled oats, peanut powder, chia seeds, maple syrup, greek yogurt, and almond milk in the container and mix well. You can mix it with a spoon or put the lid on the container and shake it up. Whichever works for you.

Place the container in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 6 hours. In the morning, take the container out of the refrigerator and top with some peanut butter and crushed peanuts if you choose. This recipe isn’t for the person who doesn’t like peanuts! Enjoy the goodness!
