This dip literally takes seconds to make because you just dump the ingredients into a big bowl, mix, and serve. No more hassle and planning for parties with this 3-ingredient lentil dip!
What Ingredients Do I Need?
As it says in the title, this recipe only requires 3 ingredients. They can all be purchased at Trader Joe’s which makes it budget-friendly and super convenient. Here is everything you will need:
- Pre-cooked Steamed Lentils
- Jarred Bruschetta dip
- Feta cheese
Ways to Serve
This dip is extremely versatile in the ways it can be served. My favorite ways to serve this lentil dip is with crackers, vegetables, garlic bread, tortilla chips, or pita bread. Honestly, anything you have that is good for dipping will be delicious with this 3-ingredient lentil dip!
I also love eating this on its own because it is high in plant-based protein, which keeps me full and satisfied. This dip is perfect for college meal prep because it only costs a few dollars to make, and you can get about 5-8 servings out of it if you’re eating it as a meal. You can serve it over pasta, rice, or with roasted vegetables.
No Trader Joe’s?
If you don’t have access to a Trader Joe’s, no worries. You can still make this dip with ingredients from a different grocery store! There might just be a few more steps.
You can buy dry lentils and cook them up, or you can see if your grocery store carries pre-cooked lentils. As for the bruschetta, I know that most stores carry pre-made bruschetta dip. If you’re really feeling fancy, you can make your own! Feta cheese is feta cheese and can be purchased at any grocery store.
