I began my wellness journey after my freshman year of college when I went on a “whole-30” type cleanse (big mistake). I wanted to get what I thought was “healthier” by cutting out food groups, over-exercising, and missing out on fun memories. I have now found peace around food and wellness, which inspired me to make this page. I have learned that the true meaning of health is far from what most people believe…health is about what feels good for you. It’s about going out for pizza and ice cream, but still eating a salad because you want to, not because you have to. I cannot wait to go into more detail about my wellness journey and connect with you all!
