I recommend keeping them on the softer side since you&#8217;re going to be cooking them further when you turn them into french toast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the waffles are toasting, grab a bowl and <strong>whisk together the egg, almond milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon<\/strong> until well combined.
