I&#8217;ve already talked about my favorite <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/my-top-11-trader-joes-essentials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">overall foods<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/the-best-desserts-at-trader-joes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">desserts<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/trader-joes-snacks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">snacks<\/a> from Trader Joe&#8217;s, so now it&#8217;s time for my favorites breakfast items. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you know me, you know I&#8217;m a sweet breakfast gal. Most of the items on this list are going to be sweet items, with a few savory thrown in. Rolled Oats <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These are a classic that you can&#8217;t go wrong with. You can purchase a huge bag for only a few dollars, and have tons of breakfasts with it. You can also use these oats to make homemade oat flour!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of my favorite recipes I&#8217;ve made where I&#8217;ve used these oats are <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/cookie-dough-overnight-oats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cookie Dough Overnight Oats<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/healthy-pbj-overnight-oats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PB&amp;J Overnight Oats<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/healthy-brownie-batter-overnight-oats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Brownie Batter Overnight Oats<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/banana-overnight-oats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>2. Overnight Oats <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I do love making my own overnight oats, but sometimes it&#8217;s nice to have something that you don&#8217;t need to think about. The pre-made overnight oats from Trader Joe&#8217;s are DELICIOUS. Unsweetened Instant Oatmeal <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Another easy oatmeal to have for breakfast! These packets come individually wrapped that you can pop in the microwave. I will say that they&#8217;re pretty small, so I like pairing them with some yogurt to actually fill me up. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>4. Grainless Granola <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This granola truly hits different for me. It&#8217;s made with coconut, so it definitely has a strong coconut flavor. So many clusters and crunch in this granola!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>5. Protein Dark Chocolate Muffin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I love having this muffin for a quick breakfast or dessert. If I have it for breakfast, I&#8217;ll usually top it with peanut butter and fruit for some extra fiber and fat. Perfect Bars <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You all know I love my Perfect Bars. These aren&#8217;t specific to Trader Joe&#8217;s, but this is where I usually find them. If I know I have a busy morning of errands or appointments, these are my go-to. They&#8217;re pretty filling, especially paired with a piece of fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>7. Flax &amp; Chia Seeds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These are great staples to have on hand to add to your breakfast for an extra boost of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids. You can sprinkle the seeds in your oatmeal or yogurt, or make a delicious chia pudding. My favorite chia pudding recipe is my <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/vegan-chunky-monkey-chia-pudding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Chunky Monkey Chia Pudding<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>8. Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My favorite yogurt! I&#8217;m telling you, I&#8217;ve tried tons of greek yogurt from different stores, but this one always reigns supreme. It has a great texture and is packed with protein. I love having this with any type of fruit, peanut butter, or some type of baked good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>9. Gluten-Free Toaster Waffles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m not gluten-free, but these waffles just taste too good! You would never know that they were gluten-free. I love having these for breakfast and topping them with nut butter, fruit, and chia seeds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>10. Protein Pancake Mix<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This pancake mix is pretty comparable to Kodiak Cakes in terms of taste and protein content. All you have to do is add water and cook them up. They&#8217;re a bit thinner than traditional pancakes, but I still think they taste great. Pancake Bread<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t have too much to say besides this other than WOW. My family usually gets this pancake bread for special occasions to have for breakfast. It definitely has a strong maple syrup taste, so if that&#8217;s not your favorite, then maybe pass on this one. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>12. Cinnamon Rolls <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Another item that we usually have on holidays or special occasions. They&#8217;re pretty big and taste heavenly. If you really want a good cinnamon roll, go for the Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls in the fall. They don&#8217;t last long, so grab them while you can!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>13. Quiche Lorraine <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This dish comes frozen and is the cutest little meal! It serves four, so it&#8217;s perfect if you&#8217;re sharing it and having it with something else like the cinnamon rolls or fruit. It cooks up easily and has a really great buttery taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>14. Teeny Tiny Avocados <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocados may seem simple, but hear me out. The Teeny Tiny Avocados specifically from Trader Joe&#8217;s are the best for avocado toast. They&#8217;re the perfect size where you can have a whole one in a serving, and not have to worry about saving half and having it go brown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>15. Peanut\/Almond Butter <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Are you surprised that peanut butter wasn&#8217;t higher up on my list? I usually go for the Creamy Salted Peanut Butter where the only ingredients are peanuts and salt. I have peanut butter every morning in some form, whether it&#8217;s with oatmeal, yogurt, toast, or waffles. Organic Vanilla Pea Protein Powder<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This is my favorite vegan protein powder. I love adding it to smoothies or oatmeal for some extra protein. It truly has a delicious vanilla flavor and doesn&#8217;t leave your dish grainy or with a weird taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>17. Frozen fruit <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any of the frozen fruit from Trader Joe&#8217;s is amazing! It&#8217;s pretty inexpensive and great to add to smoothies or oatmeal. I use the frozen raspberries to make my <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/raspberry-chia-jam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vegan Chia Jam<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3>18. Cacao powder <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This cacao powder is so versatile and great for breakfasts. I like to add it to oatmeal to make chocolate overnight oats, or into my yogurt to make it like a chocolate mousse. You could also use it to make my <a href=\"https:\/\/sprinklingofhealth.com\/chocolate-mug-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Peanut Butter Filled Chocolate Mug Cake<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>19. Ezekial Bread<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find this bread at other stores, but Trader Joe&#8217;s always has it. It&#8217;s hearty and perfect for different toasts and french toast recipes. I recommend keeping it in the freezer because it does mold pretty fast at room temperature (you only make that mistake once). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>20. Pumpkin Bagels <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least! These are a seasonal item, but when you see them in the fall, they&#8217;re a must. Especially paired with the pumpkin cream cheese&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>I hope you&#8217;ve found some new breakfast items to try from Trader Joe&#8217;s!
